HELPP!!! Invalid Password Issue
 

Yesterday on my desktop computer I started getting Invalid Password Issues when trying to Login. However, on my Laptop I have no issues logging in and connecting to Servers. I have re installed game multiple times, changed password multiple times to get rid of any numbers / caps. Ive made sure to type in notebook the password to check the keyboard? Any other ideas? Is this network issue? Both my laptop and desktop run off the same wifi.

You mentioned getting rid of any numbers so this probably doesn't apply but - the client doesn't always detect numlock correctly so if you are typing any numbers don't use the numberpad - use the row on top of your keyboard.

Other than that, check your username - if there was a connectivity issue you'd get a timeout rather than an "invalid password" error.

Can always copy your EQ folder from your laptop on your desktop to rule anything out - specifically the eqlsPlayerData.ini file as it contains your last-used logon account name.

new keyboard same issue, my laptop was working this morning now back to not workng
