Making the UI with large windows and elements at 1080p?
 

I like playing on a 43" TV at 1920 X 1080p but all the screen elements in any UI i use are too small except for the chat windows which is okay and readable if I increase font size to 5 chat window commands, Is it possible to have most other elements as large and crisp as the chat window and still keep 1920x1080? A custom UI perhaps? My eyes just aren't what they used to be.
