Does any item give halflings the Deputy tophat graphic?

Nope. Most (all I think) guards use special full body skins you cant get items from.

Thats how you know how old EQ is, that deputy hat would definitely be a microtransaction purchase in todays MMO

Though DP has yet to take advantage of that.

Imagine my disappointment when i learnt studded leather armour would make my barbarian shaman look like the city guards of halas.

My brother was similarly disappointed his halfling rogue couldn’t have a bandito mask to match the guards.
