Most Fun Zones By Level?
 

So a friend and I recently discovered P99 and got started on Blue. We both played in the late 90s/early 00s. We are playing as a Human Monk and Half elf bard. Not the best duo, but those were our main classes back in the day.

We are both level 12 in CRUSHBONE (and having a blast) but trying to figure out our next stop. May hit the Nybright sisters for a little while to raise some cash, but would love to hear the boards ranking of zones by fun and enjoyment versus power leveling.

So what were some of your favorite zones to play on by level band?

15-20
20-25
25-30
30-35
35-40

And it will be a miracle if we level higher than that as we are both dads now, but feel free to keep going to the upper levels. Maybe one day.

I think there is alot of awesome zones, this is the best EverQuest and for a good reason!

I would like to become more familiar with Crystal Caverns, that zone is impressive.

Thats not by level but youll figure it out :)

Fun is subjective, and what's fun for me might not be for you. Also in terms of subjective fun ... Muggens made a pretty good list IMHO :)

But if you're looking for spots that are objectively good for soloing/duoing (or at least, someone else thought they were good enough to add) ... and may or may not be fun (again, you'll have to see if they're fun for you) ... check out the Per-Level Hunting Guide (link in my signature).

30-40: Dalnir if you want a challenge, pretty good loot and a cool dungeoncrawl. You most definitely want at least a group of 4 in there and snares.

most any zone that's not Kedge Keep has potential fun in it
