Crashing when entering world
 

I am having an issue of when I try to log into a character I have already made, the game crashes. However, it does not crash when I make a new character and then enter world. I attached a snapshot of the message I get when it crashes. The only other thing I have tried to do was download the v53 patch again. I am on the Blue server.

Rename your <character_name>_project1999.ini file or your eqclient.ini so it generates a new one the next time you log in. Maybe you have a chat window in an invalid position.

Is the new character able to enter the same zone as your crashing one?

Yes, I am able to enter the same zone. Also, Thank you I will try what you suggest.
