Hello...

I did the bard camp in Western Karana earlier today and it took my faction with her from indifferent to dubious which it just turned to.

I am fairly certain this is now my overall bard faction. The others connected with her seem to have all stayed amiable because of all the orcs I killed in the common lands.

My question is once she turns dubious how many more times xan I safely kill her and not totally hose my bard faction. That mandolin coun and steady experience stream is darn addicting.

Did you keep track of how many kills it took you to go from app to dub?If you were worried about this, you should have been keeping track. I'd kill 50% of whatever that number was and then leave.

You could just embrace it and go evil ;)

Bards aren't terribly important anyway, and later on when you and the rest of your guild are in Western Wastes (on your way to ToV), and everyone else keeps getting attacked while invis by Escorpa, you and your high Ring of Scale faction can just laugh.

Thanks. I may do that. The lure of a steady camp and good coin is appealing though.

I am afraid I didn't keep track...my bad... i guess. I can estimate it was between 35 and 50 kills based on the time i was there and the coin I made. I had planed on stopping at the start of dubious but the xp and coin are a strong pull.

Nice point. I want to yry and not screw any factions though. I might just eat it and go find another camp.

I wouldn't worry too much about Bard factions or Ring of Scale.. Castle Mistmoore solves both problems. Kill enough Vamps and you can sit Wolfform under Gorenaire and she won't give a damn.
