Frannie in Surefall Glade
 

Does anyone know what faction Frannie is on?

Thanks Casteel, very helpful! I never would have though to check the wiki on my own accord.

I've noticed that some information is incomplete on the wiki. I was wondering if this was one of those cases.

Are there merchants without faction?

The treasure hunting guide seems to state that there's a factionless merchant in surefall.

It states: sell to non-KOS merchant who also stands by zone-in

I don't believe this merchant exists, but I haven't updated the wiki because I thought I might just be crazy (possible...)

I don't know if any NPC is truly "faction-less" (I imagine there are, but I don't know for certain) ... but there are definitely NPCs who are non-KOS to everyone.

A simple example is the gypsies, but there are plenty of others, eg. https://wiki.project1999.com/Silna_Weaver (who will even sell to Iksar, despite being a human in a Qeynos-friendly town in WK).

I can't guarantee every NPC in the wiki has correct faction, but for the most part if an NPC (like Silna) has no faction listed, they effectively have no faction.

yeah i was thinking that the "factionless" npcs, like Frannie maybe, exist based purely on race/religion alone. for example Frannie won't sell to a DE. Will sell to an Erudite enchanter, and that enchanter said there was better faction when they had Human illusion.
