Why not wait a minute or two after using /auction to see if someone responds?

Happens far too much when I send a tell to buy something and the auctioneer has logged off.

Right up there with the people who refuse to lower their price by 1 or 2k plat when selling a 50k+ item to the point where they are still advertising it at that price 3 or 4 months later when noone is biting.

Probably just trying to get it as an entry into the EQ Tunnel discord where it records all of that. Then people can go back through and see who was selling it, etc.

Gotta sell at a price that the market will bear. Them's the breaks, son.

Problem is someone will always buy it eventually. So if you’re a tunnel cat sitting there auctioning and that’s what you do with your time there’s no reason for you to drop the price no matter how long it takes. People drop the price because they just want to get what they can and get out of there. Tunnelquesters don’t have anything else to do

If the seller gets 3 tells they probably realized they're selling it too cheap, particularly if the buyers names are "Walmartt", "Ectrader" and names like that.
