been killing them on my troll and selling them to either druid rings vendor in WC or goblin bartender guy in Runnyeye and im getting 10p + some gold for each spear. you chose a bad vendor.

Yup, didn't realize the seamstress outside only buys for 5p, inside buys for 10p

That page is not an exhaustive list of greedy merchants. All the OT vendors qualify. I'd update it but Rahvin doesn't like me touching the wiki.

That list is also misleading because it says Iksar vendors are not greedy, but the Iksar vendors in Overthere and Dreadlands are greedy.

I believe every vendor in Kunark is greedy with the exception of:

1. Firiona Vie Outpost
2. Lake of Ill Omen Windmill
3. Cabilis
