In case there is anyone wondering how the Jboots multiquest works, heres how:

1) I check to see if Hasten is up (the turn-in NPC). If he's up I'll root him at entrance. If not, I either kill drake ph or we come back another time if brother is up
2) You get plat and the gold and go to feerott. You can subtract 30p of your bid for port fee if needed
3) Once in rathe mnts, we gather near Hasten
4) You give me plat
5) I turn in the ring of ancients and shadowed rapier to hasten and say "GO!"
6) You turn in the 3250 gold.
7) You now have jboots
