Tooltips not showing up.
 

So lately I've been having this problem where I'm not getting a tool-tip whenever I hover over buffs or items in game. I asked in guild, and a couple other people have had the same problem.

I have not altered my EQ files, and it just started happening recently out of the blue. I've been forced to hold down Alt whenever I need to check buffs. Unfortunately Alt+hovering over an item doesn't work when inspecting people or in my own inventory.
