This is a great weapon for a rampage/off or even main tank, AC + STR + HP with a very fast dam/delay ratio. I am looking for around the average wiki price of 60kp. Part trades will be considered but unless specifically a Velk's Spell Book + plat, I most likely will want just plat. (Never hurts to try tho!)
