How quick petition for IP exemption are answer
 

Hi... I did a petition a couple days ago about my son playing with me and I need a exemption. I did not hear anything yet, and it been a couple days...

Anyone know how long this is taking usually?

They do them in batches, so you might be waiting a few weeks, depending on when the last batch was.

If you can't wait, a VPN is a cheap workaround (but using one follows all the same rules as getting an exemption: one account per human).

It took about a week for me although I had requested my exemption right after others had reported receiving their's. So I think the upper bound on having the request approved is about 1 week.

It has gone through periods of being over a month, be prepared to wait just in case.
