When Does Blacksmithing Allow for Fine Steel Armor
 

Does anyone have the date/ patch / update that will allow for Blacksmith to create Fine Steel Armor instead of just Banded Armor?

I checked out the historical patch notes, and found that "Folded Metal Sheet" was added the week after The Hole opened. If they follow the timeline posted on the Wiki, Fine Plate will probably arrive sometime in January 2021.

So after Kunark is released?

Fine steel is the platemail type should be sold in gfay and other places at launch

fine plate should be in already

But can a blacksmith make it?

No, the molds aren't in yet.

Yeah, the merchants are in, but you can't make the fine plate because they don't have anything in their inventory
