keep getting booted to login
 

hey there,

My account keeps getting booted to login screen.

I make it passed password step, then select green server, it hangs up and spits me back to login screen.

If i try another account, it works.

How do I fix this?

Account name is "Jauld" character names confuse Beatoven.
