I would be focused on the Hungarian women.

Just go into the nearest computer hardware store and say:

For some strange reason people in generell dont seem to be so eager to meet and rubb up against strangers right now

Not sure if Gumtree or Craigslist operate properly there but cheap used laptops shouldn't be hard to find, maybe google search "cheap laptops (your town/city)"

did OP find a cheap pc?
