Upcoming community event this Friday.
 

This Friday (27 March 2020) at 8PM EST, Seal Team is pleased to be hosting a fun, server-wide event, for the whole community. Come and join us in Nektulos forest for a chance to win your choice of some planar-level prizes.


The event:

The event will consist of two components: 1) an XP/gearing part, and 2) a PvP battle royale part.

Part 1)

All participants roll a level 1 Dark Elf, and choose from any of the available class options. Hand in your book of discord to the Priest of Discord as soon as you spawn. He should be right there. You are now flagged for PvP.

Come to the Nektulos zoneline in Neriak Foreign Quarter to register your name for the event and get bound by an official. Once the event begins, everyone has 1.5 hours to xp and farm plat/gear in Nektulos Forest in preparation for the PvP event, all while avoiding getting killed by other participants. But watch out! During this time, a shaman named Koranavirus will be running around DoTing unsuspecting players throughout the forest. Run away, or team up to try and kill her!

Part 2)

At the end of the 1.5 hour xp/prep time, all participants will be asked to make their way to the PvP arena in Neriak, where you will first be debuffed and inspected for outside gear, and then a battle royale event will commence. Last man standing wins!

(Obviously, getting power-leveled or twinking your character goes against the spirit of the event, and will be grounds for immediate disqualification. We're expecting everyone to abide by the honour system. However, you can buy spells, reagents, or other items from vendors using the plat you farmed in the 1.5 hours.)

Sure, the zombie apocalypse is upon us. But that’s no reason to not have fun. We hope to see you all there!

How do you prevent people from putting things like stat jewelry etc on after you've inspected them

They have to empty their inventory and accept a trade of 8 empty bags!

I'd pick mage over Necro. Highest anyone will get is 4, that mage pet will ripped other lvl 4s apart lol

a level 20 is just going to red book and instant kill everyone for hours
