You just let every race play every class and make red 2.0 four teams you have yourself a balanced 4 team server.

Ban cross team healing and buffing etc.

Imaginary? In the origianl KUNARK BOX that I bought there was no interface similar to this at all. There was no item linking. And you definitely could not even see any item links when an item was looted or anything in that nature. ALL OF THE SERVERS on EMU are imaginary. GO home.
