Is this supposed to show our active petition on the server? Does not seem to be working for me on red99 at the moment, not sure if bug, or working as intended.

Working as intended. This feature was not added until 2002 and is out of era here

So my understanding is that once we petition in game it just goes into a queue the gms can read and we don't have to re-petition after logging out and in or zoning? Just one petition should be sufficient and they can get to it when they can get to it? I am cool with that just curious what I should, and shouldn't be doing, I don't want to create more work for them already.

A sensible way that it would work backend is whatever the current petition from a player is would be the one they saw and each player would get 1 spot in the queue until cleared. Seems fair. I don't know how the EMU software works. I suppose I could go log in over there and look it up but I felt like asking here first as P99 is a slightly different fork anyway.
