This quest was working on 2/25/20 and is no longer working as of 2/26/20

It's already fixed pending update, according to Telin.

His update was from 1-12-20. It worked on the 2-25-20 and now is not working again as of the 2-26-20. It seems like the quest is broken again after working for a short time
