Who has the HS / Chancellor camp?

No one.

Upon GM intervention of yet another camp petition, the camp is now recommended by GM's to be a First In, First Out.

No more getting added to list and going to exp til it's your turn. No "I'll be there next Saturday at 5am". Show up at the camp, stay at the camp, kill and loot in order arrived. If some guild wants to line 17 members up along the wall and have those 17 members all stay logged on until it's their turn, more power to them.

Before this becomes a rant on P99 camp rules - I posted this here to try to prevent more drama over this camp, not cause more.

When you state you are going to remove people not following your suggestion, it ceases to be a suggestion.

This isn't a flame. More than a couple epics have bottleneck camps like this (the cleric epic arguably has 3). If there is a shift in the posted rules, it would be helpful to know that so that people can plan appropriately and that knowledge can propagate to the large portion of the server that doesn't camp these boards, etc.

But if another Guide responds, there's no reason to assume the rules won't go right back to the Camps, Defined thread.

In before shiftin brings up trakanon 3 day spawn.
In before tin foil hat people claim this only took effect after TR got all their keys.
