Globalload.txt error after v53 patch
 

Was forced to fully uninstall and reinstall titanium after v53 patch, fresh install patched all the files from the V53 patch list and now any time I try to log in I make it to the character select screen where I get an error stating that my Globalload.txt file is not the correct version for Project1999. The globalload.txt file is in my resources folder (didn't change anything moving it from resources) and the text it contains is as follows.

If anybody knows what the issue is or has the correct information for me to post in the text file I would appreciate a reply greatly.

Mine shows a modified data of 2/10/2019 so it hasn't changed recently.

Uploaded from my "Resources" folder in base EQ directory.
