Forcing DW on enchanter pets? [Green]
 

I've read that if an enchanter gives a pet a torch, or an off-hand item, it forces dual-wield on charmed pets. Does this also work on summoned pets?

No. animations will dual wield if, and only if, they are high enough level and they do not require any player intervention for them to DW. If a friendly mage is around feel free to give them some sword of runes though for a bit of extra DPS.
