For good races, I can tell you that your most popular places for peridots are probably the merchant inside of the bank in NFP, and the Dwarf to the South East of the bank in FV.

If you're seeking some sort of a delivery though, that's something different and I wouldn't mind barrel rolling some dots to you.

EqTraders Vendors by Zone list isn't 100% accurate since there are differences between here and Live but it's still a great place to start your search.
