Game crashing and coming back to no characters on select screen
 

When i'm playing p99 i sometimes log out and come back to no characters on the select screen also sometimes the game crashes and i come back to no characters on the select screen. I have tried to find a fix for this but everyone i've found hasnt fixed the problem. Please help!!!!!:(
