Randomization Issues
 

There seems to be something very strange happening with the way the randomization generator is working.

Proc dry spells (I've had ENTIRE buff periods of meleeing with vampiric embrace go by without a single proc.....)....or proc floods (3 or 4 procs in a row!)

Drops keep happening back to back (not just a few times, this is being noticed a LOT).

Resist streaks

Miss streaks, followed by hit streaks

Basically the randomization method doesn't seem to be behaving correctly.

Sounds pretty random.

can you check on the loot RNG too pls
