Belt Quest XP Reduced?

Just handed in 15 belts on my level 6 chanter (had just dinged prior to the run). I got not quite 4 yellow bubbles from the hand ins. Unless I'm remembering wrong, my bard (with a 40% xp penalty) got substantially substantially more at a similar level. Is anyone experiencing similar?

A reduced ZEM would cause this I think...

Even if they changed the values to what you suggested, aren't belt turn ins done in Kaladim which wouldn't have had it's ZEM modified?

Glad I sold all of mine when the market was hot.

Good point, would need testing.

Yea that would be pretty lame. A quest should be a flat "This is what you get" and not have modifiers. Is what it is I guess lol

ZEMs always affected quest xp though. That's classic.

Did they? Maybe that explains why HHK gobbo ears were amazing before getting nerfed.

Which belts and where did you hand in? CB belts? DF belts?

Why in the world would they nerf those at this point? What actual reasoning could there even be?
