Decreased damage?
I noticed it in Seb Wednesday, I seemed to be hitting for 1 an awful lot, and over all my damage felt down, and I felt slower. I asked the question in group, and no one seemed to notice. However the next day in fear someone mentioned the same, and the more you hear people talk, the more the question comes up.
Was something done on Tuesday, inadvertently or purposefully? Perhaps AC or mitigation? The skill cap respec or whatever nerf us? All I know is I hit for less and I feel slower. I know the double attack to classic change may have something to do with it but it seems more then that. I seem to hit for lower damage more, as if mobs were mitigating more, or my damage was nerfed. |
not to confirm your suspicion but i feel the same i got a new weapon the does more dmg but i seem to be hitting lower overall then i did with my old one.

Melee damage really seems much higher than it should be at the moment, I'm not surprised if there was an adjustment.

well i still hit high it is just i avg lower it seems
and the fact i miss a lot more |
If you want to see how much your max hit should be, look at my thread here:

As a Warrior, it definitely feels like I have a permanent Turgur's on. I noticed this on Thursday during a fear raid and it doesn't seem to have changed, although I am starting to get more and more used to it.
Melee DPS altogether has gone down by a noticeable amount as well, further implying that something pretty big went down behind the scenes. Even if this is now "classic," is there a chance that we can get a little more information on the change besides just a vague: Kanras: Fixed double attack check to be classic. What does that even mean? I thought that the previous issue was with the way that dual wield was functioning, not double attack. |
O, no frigen wonder i almost never double attack now -_- dam.
