Root ghosting - mobs continue to walk towards me after root
 

On Blue: Ever since last patches, whilst root rotting (DL Rotting skel camp, CS bulthar camp, other places as well); once I have a mob rooted and dotted, when the root breaks and the mob starts towards me, if i root again, the mob keeps moving towards me even tho the root green cloud lands. Sometimes after a server tick or two the mob shows as rooted, but sometimes that root is not stuck and the mob wanders right over my head without hitting me and i root again and the root sticks on the mob behind me. Unstable root.

Thought it was just happening to me.
If I don't go closer to where it was re-rooted and came back into view, I wouldn't be able to loot the corpse in its ghosted position.

Also can't cast on it as my client thinks it's out of range. I have to step closer to where I know it's rooted so it swings at me and then my client updates and I'm able to cast again.

I've also been seeing this on Green. If you don't move seems to trigger it, slight movement will reset the mob to its position.

Happens almost every time I root.
