Chatfont on tell windows
 

Hi,

Any way to permanently increase /chatfont for tell windows like on the main window by /chatfont #?

Doing same thing on a tell window will increase the font in the window I type it in but not the following ones and it wont save when I close them.

Choose the tell window, select always chat here, chatfontsize, click your main window, always chat here, done

Nope, that does not work. Second tell window will have default chatfont and same goes if I close the first one, when it opens agian its back to default

/chatfontsize 5 works on alllll the chat windows on my computer, no matter what is in that window. I use it on all ov them cuz of my age related geezerness.

I dont think I'd be able to play if not for /chatfontsize 5

How about when you have "Use Tell Windows" checked and every new tell pops a new box? Is it possible to globally apply the /chatfont command to those windows?

Try it through your eqclient.ini file (in your p99 folder)

ah right, this is what i mean. I "use Tell Windows", so when ever I get a tell a new window pops up. Typing /chatfont 5 in one of them does not affect the others and when the first one is closed and reopened it's back to default /chatfont.

Geez, these boomers. Poor Whoop. /chatfontsize 6 exists, fellow fogies. I'm going to try forcing it in the ini as Swish suggested.

Looks like no. The setting holds but it doesn't affect the popup Tell windows. I shall be forever squinting at port requests.
