Is Groi even in game yet? Is he part of the classic cycle spawn with a static spawn point? or is he on the new post-chardok 2.0 spawn cycle?

Go sit on that hill. If Classic location is used either Groi or the lion will return in 20 minutes or less.

What leads you to believe Groi had a single static spawn on classic? Outside of it being broken on P99 for 9 years?

According to threads about this for blue, it wasn't changed as part of timeline, it was changed to be a classic spawn mechanic. So would stand to reason that its not at static spawn point here either. Myself and a couple guildies checked it out and it does not seem to be the static spawn point.

Ahh, had no idea it was broken. I just believed that was classic until the Chardok revamp.

Nope it was just broken on P99 Blue forever leading to ridiculously common place Rings of Shadow.

Hopefully he has a randomized PHer and spawn spot now to prevent someone mass producing rings and making instant invis extremely cheap and accessible like it was on blue.

I've seen him wandering near the Paw spires. South of them to be exact. Was heading East.
