Clerics had Bash in classic.why the take away?

Sorry i mean Bash!

As a former Cleric from way back on live my recollection is that Bash was added as part of the "awesome" class balancing job SOE did back around the Luclin era although my timeline may be off.

They added Bash, upgraded the Yaulp line and gave us a summonable DD procing hammer so we could solo whilst they gave Shaman and Druids a version of Cheal to make them more desirable in group situations. I still remember wondering WTF difference bash was going to make to me meleeing a Luclin mob with 10k+ hit points. If Shammies and Druids got Cheal, I wanted slows and DS but SOE did not share my vision :mad:

Clerics got reverse DS, and eventually a defensive proc for massive DS numbers that worked while DA. Clerics had Bash in classic as well (ask Burple).

I played cleric during Luclin time, and didn't have Bash
it was added around PoP+ age.

Yah Bash for a cleric is not classic. Wasn't that added around the same time as the war disc /shield ?

How am I supposed to DPS now? You have succeeded in losing my donation money. Good day, sirs.
