Is the Dufrenite needed for this quest in game? I have checked a few merchants which wiki says sells them but dont see them on those merchants? Do they currently only drop off clockwork gnomes (per wiki)?

Class armor quests were added with the Temple of Solusek Ro and will be available later.

Ah so are all the items in game except for the gems? I did get the terror spine from TT in najena. Was wondering if some of the other items are dropping so i can camp before quest becomes available.

Yep, got the mammoth rib bone from Everfrost last week.
