Mend Bones

For some reason you are able to cast this on any npc you target, not just your pet ?

Does it work to heal the mob or does it just land but not do anything?

Mend Bones should work to heal any friendly Undead. Whether that be your pet, a group mates pet or a charmed undead NPC.

It does not work on enemy NPCs or other players or summoned non-undead pets.

This is functioning correctly.
