Blue & Red chars wiped??
 

Hi there.

I recently got a new laptop after my old one died a few months ago. I installed a fresh copy of Titanium, followed the Getting Started guide, and used my old login info only to find all my characters were gone. I know there was a wipe recently but I had been playing earlier this year, if not in the last few months. Am I missing a step in the installation or something? I've been playing Green with no problems but I'd like to be able to play my Blue chars as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure the wipe was for characters only level 10 and below

If you were logged in earlier this year then your characters would not have been wiped. Make sure you're using the right loginserver account, maybe you have several?

Have you ever shared account details with someone else?

They have said they'll restore characters under level 10 that got hit in the wipe if you petition. Make a petition on the forums and see what happens.
