When did they add shadowknight class option for Erudite?

Did a lot of searching, could not find the answer. Was shocked to find it wasn't a option at launch lol. Wanted to go Erudite SK on green.

Edit- follow up question would be how gimped starting on green with a Erudite Pally be?

It came with paineel.

Yea...the delay on it is rough. I thought about rolling Erudite SK because it was my main, and favorite character, on live, but the fact it's so late in classic made me decide against it.

I think an Erudite Paladin would be fine in the long run, although the low Strength might be rough in the short term. I am playing a Half-Elf with most of my points in Strength and it still doesn't feel like enough since I've been outfitting myself with banded.

But you do get peak fashion, so it might be worth the early level pain.

"The "Feign Death" spell, when cast by a Necromancer, will now have a fixed duration. The Necromancer will receive several warnings prior to the spell wearing off. This change was necessary because some Necromancers found a way to gain experience through their pet while being AFK for an extended duration, such as being in bed for the night. Note: This does not affect Shadowknights or Monks."

I'm leveling a erudite pally now, and ya I'm close to rerolling and adding the 15 to str.

And yes, even in patchwork he looks pimp as fuck.

I put all my points in Str minus a bit of agility to keep from the 75 point penalty. With mostly EC tank gear (ac/hp) I only have like 150 unbuffed; more with the stalwart shield.

In hindsight the 125hps would be nice but only if you have the budget to buy BiS gear or plan to raid.
