All characters gone? Not spell files?
 

All my characters have vanished off blue :(
Have had account for years
Says nothing about spell files
Logged in before green launch not long ago, things were fine...
It is showing the classic creation screen on Blue...

Is this the new spell files screen or have my characters been deleted?

Frustrated myself trying to fix.
