The Nitrate flask delivery NO XP given upon delivery.
 

Greetings

I have done this Quest a Few times as it is a decent source of gold early on, BUT there is NO Experience given you turn Flask to lady in West karana.

You do receive the varying amount of gold and the npc does spawn to and goes through its script.

This quest was not working very well and was missing several elements.

Pending update:

-You must be amiable or better
-Added missing dialogue, faction adjustments, loot, and experience rewards
-Added missing scripted events involving Gash Flockwalker, Raffel Minnmorn, and the innkeeps
-Raffel Minnmorn now has a beggar texture
