Crashing on character select
 

Hi everyone! Thank you in advance for your help, shoutout to Blank on the Discord for trying to help me before.

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6970
CPU: Intel Pentium G3250 @3.2Hz
OS: Windows 7 64bit
ISP: Armstrong

So I have a fresh titanium install, newest server files. Eqgame is patchme'd. I'm able to log in just fine to the server. Able to create a character. Trying to Enter World as any character (different characters, different starting zones), my client hangs until I get a "The server isn't responding" message and then kicks me back to log in. I've played on p99 Blue before on this computer. I've tried reinstalling since then after this problem popped up when Green came out. My log file states:

while the crash actually happens. I'm not sure if that would be useful or not. I've tried reinstalling on both my hard drives, one SSD, the other a normal HD. I've tried 'unblocking' any files I've found to be blocked after downloading. I've tried changing the folders from 'read only'. The folder applies the changes but if I go back to properties right after, 'read only' is still selected. Not sure if that is involved. I've tried making exceptions through my firewall for eqgame.exe as well as turning off the firewall. I've tried running in XP SP3 and 2, admin and not, 640x480 resolution. I've tried deleting eqclient.ini.

Again, thank you to anyone and everyone who takes some time out of their day to help me with this. I'm kind of going crazy trying to figure out what's going on.

Fresh download of Titanium on my girlfriend's PC which is also hardwired to my router. Same exact results. Leads me to believe this is an internet problem... If my firewall isn't the problem, I've opened the ports that I use for EQEmu... where else is the problem?
