I'm trying to find Alicia Starshimmer in Felwithe. Doesn't appear to be in the enchanter guild at those cords.

I’ve noticed a couple little things. Like how the merchant in Erudin (Chembla Ellent) does not sell Spell: Staff of Tracing as per the wiki. *shrug*
