Phone tether question
 

I use my phone's mobile hotspot at work to play when I get some free time, but it won't connect on green. I used to play just fine on blue a few years ago when I played. Anyone have any idea what's wrong? I can connect to websites just fine but when I try to log onto my EQ account won't let me connect.
