Item: Ring of the Dead is race/class restricted for the click
 

I'm guessing this is working as intended for Green but figured I'd make a note of it in case it was simply never revisited after the Air Patch / Blue Kunark release way back when.

Page 6 of the Rotd Thread.

"It seems the ring was clickable by anyone before it was changed to no drop. The same time it was altered to No Drop, Must Equip or Can Equip was added to be able to click."

Yep. Can confirm on Green server - Ring of the dead doesn't work unless you able to equip it. Just tried it on a Wood elf Dru. Should be clickable by any class/race from inventory up until Kunark I believe? But It's made no drop when Posky released (Have to MQ to melee to click from inventory.. Pita factioning)
