Regis the Reverent in NK should not exist till SolRo Temple
 

this guy double punched me and my daniels for 56 as we trekked across NK.

i'm like, Regis the Reverent? no way that's a vanilla zombie. my vanilla detector is not beeping. you can smell the non vanilla on this guy. p99 wiki says he a solro temple quest man, allakhazam concurs.

Regis/Zahal ruled for soltemple.
They will not drop the loot associated with soltemple quests until the correct time. If the spawns shouldn't exist at all until that time, this will need to be revisited.

He should exist for the cutthroat rings quest, yes?

Aside from accepting the turn ins for the soltemple quest, should he spawn prior to that time?

The two dwarf brothers that resize crafted are also in WC currently and they direct people to the Meadowgreens in the Karanas. No idea if they've always been there as I never played in the classic era.
