While i do concur with the above. At least might put them on a short list to be monitored when Green does go live.

Boxing is allowed on the Green beta server. It is not allowed on Blue, nor will it be allowed on Green launch.

Botting and Boxing are two different things here (Green Beta.) Botting refers to the use of 3rd party software to automate processes. This isn't allowed. Albeit on green beta who cares right now, but like i said before, Put them under the microscope for the future.

Have you tried communicating with them?
Otherwise record them and report them. They could be writing to prepare for green launch.

I pulled the quest NPCs away from them and they kept spamming their macros

Install OBS and get some video footage for the staff.
