Plane of Sky bosses on P99 have long dropped too many quest items compared to classic. Specifically the issue is the bosses on 3, 6, 7, 8 and the Overlord all drop 2 items from their quest drop table on P99. They should in fact only drop 1 item from that table.

Always Brass Knuckles?!

I clipped the lists and just included the first item in each list.

Brass Knuckles just so happen to be at the top of the list of Efreeti weaponry / Paladin armor that the Overlord drops.

So no, you just get 1 roll from that loot table. It could be brass knuckles or Efreeti dagger or Efreeti war bow etc etc.

Currently you are getting 2 rolls on that loot table.

Keeper of Souls should drop up to 3 according to your link

Guide doesn't even list wind tablet, questionable accuracy?

Guide doesn’t list every single potential drop because PoSky was very rarely farmed on Live, they didn’t have complete drop lists available due to not frequent farming.

But what they did have was drop counts. They would see bee queen only drop 1 quest drop each kill. They just weren’t corpsing keys every week on rotation for 10 years to see entire drop tables like P99 players are used to. Sky was a raid you’d do a few days in a row and then not again until people needed epic pieces.

Bump. It is critical Plane of Sky bosses drop the correct amount on Green and Teal.

It's not mentioning how nobles drop fine steel daggers. Just seems inconsistent for how accurate they were trying to make everything.

Btw clipping that list was confusing. Based on how you clipped it I thought it meant those bosses always dropped that item until I went to the link.

Oh I guess I understand that confusion I was just trying to show that they only drop 1 of their no drop quest item table, not those specific items.
