Clan Runnyeye NPC High Regen
 

A couple npc's we noticed had high HP Regen Rate, as if they are out-of-combat HP regen when in combat. List includes: ( a goblin Peon and/ a goblin runt) so far. Discovered by: Napstab, Brunbul, Bixelbane and, Muddan.
