Consolidation of Green issues from Bug forum
 

Here is a consolidation of issues I've posted in the old Bugs forum that are relevant for Green. Provided for dev convenience since Green has its own forum now.

Game Mechanics

* Bind Wound in combat shouldn't be possible

* Magician pets should not cast spells until May 1999 patch era

* Magician pets should not dual wield, or equip weapons before January 2000 patch era

* Pets should not equip two of the same weapon until January 2000 patch era

* Necro pets should not lifetap until January 2000 patch era

* Spellcaster specialization should not be in place until June 1999 patch era

* Pets should not equip offhand weapons unless they can dual wield

Spells

* Lich and Bond of Death should not be researchable until September 1999 patch era

* Research components should be 300% rarer until June 1999 patch era

* Clarity/Insight should not be available until May 1999 patch era

* Necromancers and Shamans should receive the Charm (anything) line of spells at launch, until June 1999 patch era
