Necromancers can't learn Charm or Beguile.

As per the evidence that proves Necromancers could learn Charm (anything) and that SHamans also did too found in this thread https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...49#post2978949 please fix this oversight.

Necromancers should be able to learn Charm and Beguile.
