I didn't see a bug post about this, and I'm not entirely sure that P99 Blue is in the November 2001 Era yet... but submitting this in good faith:

Can confirm trivial loot code isn't active at present, and hasn't been active since the /TGB patch. Went and tested just in case.

...I must have missed the patch note. Warrens loot looks good. OK to resolve this!
