Anyone know when in the Green timeline these AMAZING Wizard rings will be craftable?

Some people ingame on Blue are telling me theyre classic but the wiki says the spell imbue fire opal is sold by zordak ragefyre....

I believe those are late Kunark or maybe even Velious-era. I seem to remember them being on the server early on but then being removed for quite awhile when correct timeline evidence was presented. Hopefully someone else can say for sure.

They come with or after the epic patch.
